Hi panel, I am in charge of building a data quality team and rolling out a large improvement programme over the next 3 years - I need your advice.
We recently hired a senior lead DQ analyst and this took many months. I am keen to learn whether other organizations have adopted any useful techniques for:
- Finding specialist DQ talent
- Retaining skilled analysts (based on our experience of hiring a lead analyst we don't want to repeat teh process regularly!)
I realize that really good candidates can be quite rare in this sector so I appreciate any advice from companies who have implemented similar improvement programmes.
