The Data Quality and Data Governance Leadership Forum

Thought-leadership, practical guidance and insightful discussions with ~15,000 data leaders and practitioners around the globe.

The Data Quality and Data Governance Leadership Forum is the most active data-focused group on LinkedIn, renowned for the level of support, advice and insight shared amongst members.

The group is managed by the editorial team of Data Quality Pro.

  • The forum is hosted on LinkedIn and can be accessed here:

    https://www.linkedin.com/groups/1061007/

  • The main focus of the group is on Data Governance and Data Quality, particularly leadership, strategy and execution, but connected disciplines (e.g. MDM) are common topics.

We do not permit submissions with links and promotional material (such as product webinars) or other content of a promotional nature such as jobs and news updates.

Ideally, the goal of each submission should be to spark a debate or ask for specific guidance.

Our aim is to maintain the most valuable resource for data governance and data quality discussion.

  • Our focus is on active leaders and practitioners who are focused on aspects of data governance and data quality.

The forum does not currently permit certain sales and marketing-focused roles (e.g. Business Development Representatives, Social Media Marketers, Lead/Demand Generation roles).

For companies looking to share details of their data governance or data quality training, products or services, they can apply to use of the marketplace feature (scroll to section below for details).

  • The leadership forum is renowned for its quality of discussion and engagement which is due to a lack of excessive promotion.

But we recognise that members of the group actively search for data governance/quality products and services within the forum.

We are shortly launching a forum marketplace to allow easier discovery of DQ/DG related software, services and training.

To submit an application for marketplace consideration, please scroll to the section below.

Coming Soon:
The Forum Marketplace

  • The forum receives many questions about books, training programs, certifications and software options each week, as well as requests for consulting and other specialist resources.

To simplify the search experience, whilst ensuring relevant products and services are accessible, we are rolling out a marketplace feature so members can quickly shortlist any products or services that meet their needs.

Members can still use the forum to ask for personal recommendations, but now they’ll have a resource to quickly see all the options at a glance.

One of the use cases we’re keen to support is reducing the length of time it takes members to gather relevant information from multiple training, product or service providers.

If you wish to submit a service or product for inclusion, please see below or click the ‘Apply’ button opposite.

  • The typical questions we receive in the forum relate to shortlists for:

    • Training

    • Software products

    • Specialist services

These will form the initial categories of the marketplace.

For now, we will keep to the original focus of the forum - Data Quality, Data Governance and MDM.

Based on demand, we will review the categories in future.

  • We will shortly be sending subscription details to all suppliers approved for the marketplace.

Some of the categories will be free (e.g. books), but other categories will incur a small subscription fee to support the marketplace administration.

  • Simply click on the ‘Apply for the Forum Marketplace’ button opposite and complete the details of your products or services.

We will review submissions to ensure they meet the market guidelines.

If accepted, you will be notified of the subscription process based on your approved categories.
